A beautiful victory in the final end against André Bellavance’s team — a true brother‑versus‑brother finale!

This is an outstanding achievement for Sylvain, a member and administrator of our club, who won this championship and earned the opportunity to represent our province at the Canadian Championship.

The blue and white jackets in Quebec’s colours will be worn with pride.

See you next April in Alberta for the Canadian Masters Championship.

It’s been a fantastic weekend for the 30th anniversary HOT SHOTS Curling Camp. Curlers from our Club, Ontario, Quebec, Nova Scotia and various parts of the USA (including Alaska) attended this camp. New friendships were made and some excellent learning thanks to the team of instructors: Laurie St-Georges, Jamie Sinclair, Robyn Mattie, Brian Lewis, Alanna Routledge, Lynn Kreviazuk, and David Gravelle.

Special thank you to the Camp Coordinator, Damian Pilié, who has invited Hot Shots to return to CCVMR in 2027.

Congratulations to Madeleine Mees, a member of our Club, who is the latest recipient of the PAT O. REID ACHIEVEMENT AWARD at the HOT SHOTS Curling Camp. A new curler who joined our sport through our Learn to Curl program in January 2025, her spirit is contagious. She will be a great ambassador for our sport. Congratulations, Madeleine, we are very proud of you!
